I just sneezed!!!!!!!!!!!

Put it this way, I have sneezed since at least before 9/7/07. That is when all my back and leg pain started. One of my goals during this month+ of physically therapy/recovery has been to sneeze. I couldn't do it before as there was too much pain in my mid back just bending my neck down. Sneezing is a pretty violent thing on your back so I just couldn't stand the pain of it even coming on. But I just finally did it and it didn't hurt too bad. Hopefully this means I'm in the later stages of recovery and can maybe go surfing this weekend.

personally I detest the "green" and "bio" buzz words. What about the 90's recycled buzz word which is just as or even more important? well maybe not this isn't an example of recycled, but it's nice to see shapers trying something else
