Tuesday's 6' to 8' forecast is chest high? ON WHO? Andre The Giant?
The accountant in me would recommend to all surf forecasters stay on the conservative side and wait for some upside. Figuring the past month+ there has been almost zero swell, it's unreasonable to say So-Cal is going to get 6'+ surf next week.
