conditions at about 9:30/10am.
this was pretty typical as far as size goes for about a 10 minute period i watched it. HARDLY 4' to 6'. hardly anything in the overhead range, unless you happen to be a midget.

Guess he was too busy stealing money from Tax payers via Halliburton government contracts. Thanks Dick for bankrupting our country and fleeing to Dubi like a coward.
